I'll be in India for nearly 2 weeks next month. Major cities include Mumbai, Jaipur, New Dehli, Agra, Navgaon.

Can a Breitling be purchased in India at a discount as compared to the US or Europe? Is it worth the effort?

Probably not a good idea.
I just read a news article that due to the economic shortfalls, the government there are going to increase taxation heavily on goods during 2015.

One example is for a luxury car that costs 5m rupees, the new tax rise will add a further 200000 rupees.
