I'm planning to buy the Japan only LE Bentley GT, but was wondering if I'd have any issues further down the line with BUK when I'd need it serviced?

Nope. Global warranty, global servicing support. It's mechanically identical so no issues there, if you had issues with the LE do then there maybe difficulties in sourcing a replacement, but that would be the same in Japan or with any other LE.
