Looks promising, but still need to see it in the metal - for me it will depend on how predominant the "12" is on the dial.

Very cool strap!!! Appears burgandy, but could be how someone played with the image.

21mm lug width sucks - limits strap options with all our 20 or 22mm Breitling straps laying around.

Do like the strap (a lot), and agree that the size is silly.

My first reaction when I saw the dial though - :fake:

Maybe it's the photo, but it doesn't look anywhere detailed enough - no texture, subdials too close together, etc. With the outer ring showing more of the contrast I think it will look better, but dunno about this one.

The strap is nice, but on balance I still prefer the Mark VI.

Is it just me, or does the date window look weird? It just looks out of proportion or something or too close to the center of the dial.

I think some of the JLC Master Compressor straps are 21s.

That is one really nice piece. Absolutely love the styling and color of that strap!

when it comes to the chinese and their ability to manufacture goods.....nothing would surprise me.

back on to topic. personally i feel the dial size is a good option. 42mm makes this piece very versatile. the dial itself on this piece lacks that "pop" like Roff mentioned. and i agree with shark im not too sure on how that 12 looks. my guess is that this piece will be around 9k. i like it but i dont love it and at 9k i think there are quite a few other pieces that would catch my interest.

Not sure exactly how much it would be with the solid strap but the breitling boutique in nyc said it is 8330 on a bracelet and 7420 on a croc depl so the solid strap would have to be just a bit less than that.
