Go to a site like www.xs.to and upload a picture. then, when you type your reply here, copy the "direct link" to your uploaded photo in the reply box, and surround it with [img]and[/img]

So an inserted pic should look something like this (remove the asterisk..I had to put it there to be able to type this)
[img]*http://www.whateverTheDirectLinkIsHere.com/blahblah..jpg[/img]
It will show up as a pic when you use an actual link
