I like the CSO. I think it is both more classic and more tasteful than the Code Yellow, and for me, it's a better size. It also has a day/date feature, which I really like. Plus, I will take a steel bracelet over a rubber strap any day of the week. I will grant, though, that the larger size of the Code Yellow contributes to better readability of the subdials, which is one aspect of the CSO I find wanting. On balance, though, I am quite happy with the CSO, and couldn't envision liking the Code Yellow as well, let alone more.

Hmm...I think you're wise to go with whatever watch you like better, and if that's the Code Yellow, then that's a good choice. But I'm curious...were you swayed by the responses in this thread?

Gratz on the purchase! Enjoy it!

I am sure you will enjoy it, I have one and love it. I did order rubber with foldingclasp for it today, it had the rubber with tangle buckle and I just love the foldingclasp for the rubber strap.

The code yellow made me fall in love with Breitling.

I have wanted a CSO for a long time, but then i saw the code yellow and fell in love it, I was really confused which one to buy and just wanted to hear peoples thoughts on it. When i put the deposit down for the watch i knew it was the correct choice :D

If it felt right, it probably was. I only asked because you posted your question the same day you put down a deposit, and your decision followed an onslaught of votes in overwhelmingly in favor of the Code Yellow. I was just wondering if that was enough time for you to be settled in your choice. Personally, I find when I'm confused about a purchase, it's best to walk away for a while, and mull it over. While consulting other people's opinions is helpful, if I'm really unsettled, sometimes the range of input adds to the confusion. But maybe that's just me. If you're content in your decision, that's what matters. Enjoy your new Breitling.

Given that the OP hasn't visited this site since March of last year, I'm guessing he isn't really looking for our input any more.

I admit to have fallen victim to a necroposter on another board...
After much derision, we got him to stop only under the threat of :banhim:
