I just saw under the model section that there is a new Avenger Seawolf Steel coming out this year?

http://www.breitlingsource.com/watch_details/Aeromarine_181.html

Are there any pictures/detailsyet? When will it be in the shops?

Mike

I've asked about this one too, but no-one had a response. Maybe it was a late April Fool....

It's up on the Breilting website now, but I'm not sure on the details about when it will be available at any ADs.

I found the chrono version but not the non-chrono version.

I tried an Aerospace Avantage at the AD today and it was sooooo light. Especially compared to the Blackbird. It felt like there was nothing on the arm. The design was nice though.

Just a little update on this one. I was chatting to my AD today and he was at Baselworld this year, and came back with an update catalogue. I had a look through it today, and all the models we have seen were there, but ALSO there was a double page spread of a new Seawolf replacement.

Basically it is exactly the same size as the current Seawolf (44mm), has the Breitling 17 movement, but is now in brushed steel instead of titanium. (A good thing IMHO!) It is still water resistant to 3000m and comes with a choice of blue, grey or yellow dial. (The yellow looks pretty cool). It's got arabic numbers in the "stencil" fashion like the Skyland and a much larger baton marker at 6, 9 and 12. I really like it. Sorry there's no pictures but my AD only had one copy of this little catalogue and wouldn't let me have it. :(

But anyway, at least we know it exists!

Here's a picture of the new SeaWolf design. Looks great in my opinion, the change to steel and the facelift makes me kind of want one now...
