I bought a Superocean on ebay about three months ago and checked it against all the known criteria for fakes/replicas. It stood up against all of them except it has a matte gray/black tip on the second hand. It came with the original box, booklets and warranty card, including the name and location of the legitimate store where it was sold. My question is this: Has anyone ever heard of a Superocean with a second hand that wasn't red? The service center in Connecticut says they have never heard of one. This particular watch was date etched on the watch and the bracelet as having been produced in October of 2003.
