Interesting.

It's good to see something different this time - the SA and the AS were so similar.

They are just starting to look very similar to me though. It's clearly different from previous blacksteels, but still a similar overall look to me if that makes sense.

Because DLC wears DLC so the coating would wear off quickly. Same reason that there isn't a deployant.

I like the new addition of the batons. Very cool but it would look better on the OR. Is there a SS version of this coming out?

I think it is, it's just the light on it. The side of the buckle looks similar to the side of the lug to me.
