Always been one of my favourites, but I am hard pressed to see the actual differences to previous Aerospace models. Read the changes, see the pics, but I am obviously missing something.

Nice though and glad to see its not been radically changed.

Quite a lot of small changes in terms of actual differences:

- dropped the grilled square in the middle - that's the biggest (and probably most popular) thing

- changed the hands, with skeleton hour hand and sharper minute hand

- dropped the 24-hour markings on the outer dial

- integrated the rider tabs

- grown it by 1mm

- applied the wings

- added 'Swiss made'

Not negligible, though as you say evolution not revolution and the better for that.

Always been a lovely design. Maybe now’s the time to start a campaign for acquisition. Maybe. :D

Like that very much, the model has always been just under the radar for me due to its size, definitely one for the list once my battered finances make a recovery!

The key to the Aerospace for me has always been the titanium lightness and the thin case makes it easy to wear under the sleeve. If it's chunky they can keep it. The dial design is pretty conservative and doesn't show anything really new. Maybe a tad busy.

Funny - I thought the exact opposite actually. :) I think the flat dial without all the grooves of the previous model makes it look far less busy and more tool-like..... which is exactly as it should be IMO. I really like this version.

Totally agree with Driver on all points!

I thought exactly the same on the grooving issue. I actually like the version with grooves more, and I agree that its a bit busier, but its positive space and a simple filler.

More photos? I was thinking to pull the trigger on Aerospace for a while but the grilled dial always bugged me, but after seeing this one I must! :D

I tried an Aerospace a few years ago. I also have an Air Wolf. The only thing I disliked with the Aerospace was the crown operation. If you can at least operate the LCD light by pressing the crown, I will probably buy this watch. If not, and the crown is a difficult to set the different functions,I probably won't. My Air Wolf has me spoiled. I do like the TI and the comfortable fit.

It's true that the slow/fast rotation thing seems a bit erratic at first but most find the crown operation very intuitive very quickly. (As you probably know you activate the LCD light by slow rotation - in either direction - of the crown, so it is easily done; pressing the crown is reserved for the repeater function.)

My AD said price will be the same as previous Aero. Wow that's great news. I'm looking forward to getting this one. My first professional.
